It is made with red potatoes, Parmesan cheese, water, chicken broth, and a packet of ranch seasoning/salad mix combined to make the best potato side dish.

Ingredients
2 pounds red potatoes
1 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
½ cup water
½ cup low sodium chicken broth
½ teaspoon salt
1 1-ounce packet of ranch seasoning/salad mix
HOW TO MAKE INSTANT POT PARMESAN RANCH POTATOES
Step 1: Start by cleaning the potatoes. Scrub them one by one to get rid of any dirt, then slice them into 1-inch chunks.
Step 2: Into the Instant Pot, place the slices of potato. Add water, chicken broth, and season with salt & ranch seasoning. Stir well.
Step 3: Put the lid on and set the Instant Pot to “Manual or Pressure Cook” for 7 minutes. When done, perform a quick release of pressure, then open the lid.
Step 4: Slowly add in the Parmesan, stirring every after each addition until well incorporated and the Parmesan has completely melted.
Step 5: Serve right away. Enjoy!
