I will never get tired to be mystified with this Giant Molten Chocolate Box Cake. Made with only four ingredients and ready in a jiffy, this fabulous cake is crazy delicious! I love the gooey chocolate that flows when you poke your fork into the cake. And that first bite is like a portal to a dreamy paradise. It might be a bit of exaggeration but hey we all have different nostalgic experiences to things or dessert in this case.
This is a great recipe. Pretty simple to whip up and surely gives us more than what we can expect. You can even top this cake with some fresh strawberries to dip it with the flowing melty chocolate. And this cake looks so darn pretty with a pop of colour.

1 box chocolate cake mix, prepared according to package instructions
2 c. heavy cream (480 ml)
16 ounces dark chocolate (455 grams)
cocoa powder, for dusting, to serve
How to make Giant Molten Chocolate Box Cake
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C.
Step 2: Following the package directions ready the cake mix in a large bowl. Then, into a well-greased bundt pan, pour the batter. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 45 minutes. Do a toothpick test to check if the cake is done.
Step 3: In the meantime, in a small pan, heat the heavy cream until just boiling.
Step 4: Into a medium bowl, place the dark chocolate. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and mix well until melted and smooth.
Step 5: Onto a serving plate, invert the bundt cake. In the centre hole, pour the chocolate ganache, then let it overflow and cover the cake. With cocoa powder, dust the cake and allow it to sit for at least 30 minutes.
Step 6: Slice and serve. Enjoy!
