Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef
10 oz. dried egg noodles
1 (15 oz.) jar Lay’s French Onion Dip
1 c. French’s fried onions
2 cans (10.75 oz., each) condensed cream of mushroom soup
How to make French Onion Beef Casserole
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using a non-stick spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Step 2: Following the package directions, cook the egg noodles in a large pot of boiling water. When done, drain the egg noodles.
Step 3: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat, breaking the meat into pieces, until brown. Drain the excess grease when done.
Step 4: To the beef in the skillet, add the soups and French onion dip. Mix well, then gently fold in the cooked egg mixture.
Step 5: Into the prepared pan, pour the mixture and evenly sprinkle with fried onions.
Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until the casserole is heated through.
Step 7: Remove from the oven when done and serve the casserole warm. Enjoy!
