Nothing beats a dish with beef in it! Shoutout to my Mexican friends! My best friend’s mom taught me this incredible dish. We used to have this when we were little. Her mom always prepare this whenever we had a sleepover on their house. She was so nice and very talented. One time we had a cooking show in their kitchen where she showed us all the necessary ingredients and steps for this Casserole. She told us that her mom taught her this recipe and that it was her time to continue the legacy of this dish by teaching her daughter and her best friends. We did learn a lot on that day. I will always treasure that. Good times!
