How to make Easy Italian Pasta Salad
Step 1: Follow the box directions to prepare the pasta. Note to put 1 to 2 tsp of salt in your pasta water. When done cooking, drain the pasta and run with cold water.
Step 2: In a large bowl, mix the cooled pasta, cucumber, tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, and red onion.
Step 3: Drizzle with Italian dressing and stir. I added around 3/4 cup of dressing and reserve the rest to add to the salad before serving.
Step 4: Serve the salad right away or place in the fridge for several hours before serving. Note: If you like cold salad, refrigerate it first for at least 2 to 4 hours before serving.
