Easy Chicken Kebabs

This is one of my favourite chicken recipes. It’s so easy to make using only a few simple ingredients. The chicken kebabs are marinated and cooked to perfection. This simple recipe guarantees a delicious and melt-in-your-mouth tender chicken. If desired, you can add some onion chunks and zucchini. I did lots of time, and it’s always a blast!

Summer is fast approaching, and I cannot think of any recipe to say hello to my favourite season than this Chicken kebabs! It is a must-try and guarantees to impress everyone. To make this, you only need seven ingredients. Cook time is less than fifteen minutes, but you want to make sure to marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours preferably overnight to ensure a tender and flavour-packed result. The savoury chicken compliments the sweet bell peppers. Grilling season is never boring with recipes like this easy chicken kebabs!

INGREDIENTS

⅛ c. olive oil

2 pounds boneless chicken thighs, cut into medium pieces

3 garlic cloves (minced)

⅛ c. soy sauce

1 teaspoon dried oregano

½ lemon, juiced

Skewers

3 multicoloured bell peppers, cut into medium pieces

How to make Easy Chicken Kebabs

Step 1: In a large bowl, place the pieces of chicken. Then, add the remaining ingredients (garlic cloves, soy sauce, dried oregano, lemon, olive oil, and the chopped multicoloured bell peppers). Cover the bowl and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours up to 24 hours. I suggest marinating the chicken longer.

Step 2: Arrange the chicken and peppers on the skewers. Meanwhile, prepare the grill and preheat it to medium-high heat.

Step 3: Next, oil the grilling gate. Place the skewers on the hot greased grill grate and cook for about 7 minutes per side or until the chicken is cooked through.

Step 4: Serve right away with a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy!
