This Bacon Ranch Cheese Ball has always been a part of my family since I was little. My aunt used to make this all the time! Now, allow me to share this recipe with you as well! This is pretty easy. All you need to do is to mix all the ingredients, mainly bacon, chives, cream cheese, cheese, and ranch in a mixing bowl. Shape it into a ball, then refrigerate! That’s it! It will only take you 5 minutes to prepare this. It is perfect to go with crackers, celery, etc.! I have listed all the ingredients and directions so all you need to do is to follow them step by step, and you are good to go! Ingredients:
1 c crumbled cooked bacon
1 tbsp chopped chives
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c grated cheddar
fresh veggies, for serving
1 packet ranch dip powder
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add bacon, cream cheese, chives, ranch, and cheddar cheese. Stir everything until well incorporated.
Transfer the mixture onto a large plastic wrap, then fold it. Shape it into a ball.
Place the ball in the fridge to chill for at least an hour.
Remove from the fridge and wrapper.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes:
Serve this with some cucumbers, crackers, celery, or mini sweet potatoes.
Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge to keep them fresh.
