Christmas is just around the corner. We are all very excited to celebrate Christmas with family and friends. This year, I’ll cook all of our favourites and make this Christmas salad. For the first time since the Pandemic, my entire family will be coming over to stay for the Holiday. I already know what to cook each day, and of course, this Christmas salad would be the highlight of everything! Crisp, crunchy, with creamy bite – I am pretty sure, my family will love to have a heap of this salad on their plate.

Christmas is all about family, gifts, and most of all, food! Food is the highlight of every day, so it is just fair to make all of your favourite holiday dishes. 1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cauliflower, chopped into florets
2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 broccoli, chopped into florets
Dressing:
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tablespoon sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
How to make Christmas Salad
Step 1: Into a salad bowl, add the veggies.
Step 2: Place the mayonnaise, sour cream, and sugar in a different bowl. Mix well until combined, then pour this over the veggies. Toss to coat.
Step 3: Keep in the fridge to chill for about 1 hour.
Step 4: Serve and enjoy!
