I love the mini size of these meatloaf muffins. It is perfect for the kids and if you are watching your calories. Incredibly moist and tender Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf Muffins that are super easy and quick to throw together with only a few simple ingredients. I like to serve these with some roasted veggies on the side or on top of my favourite red sauce pasta.
It is a bit tricky to make meatballs because they often turned dry and bland. But with this recipe, I don’t have to worry about those because it’s pretty straightforward and simple. The ketchup and milk add plenty of moisture to these mini meatballs. And making this in tins ensures proper portions. So grab everything you need and start prepping. Enjoy!

1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
3/4 c. ketchup, divided
1 c. diced onion
1 c. shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
1 c. Panko crumbs
3/4 c. 2% milk
1 Egg, lightly beaten
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
How to make Cheesy Turkey Meatloaf Muffins
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. And using a cooking spray, grease 8 standard muffin cups.
Step 2: Place the ground turkey, half cup ketchup, onion, cheese, Panko crumbs, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, poultry seasoning, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until combined.
Step 3: Between the 8 cups, evenly divide the mixture, heaping the mixture on top, then brush with the rest of the 1/4 cup ketchup.
Step 4: To catch any juices that might overflow, ensure to place the muffin tin on a cooking sheet, then bake for about 30 to 35 minutes until the instant-read thermometer is inserted in the middle of a muffin reached 170 degrees.
