Ingredients
butter
potatoes diced (peeled, not peeled, russet, reds, whatever)
salt & pepper or whatever other seasonings you like, taco seasoning, garlic herb, etc
shredded cheese of your choice to taste
ranch dressing to taste
How to make Cheesy Ranch Potatoes
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees.
Step 2: In a baking dish, spread the diced potatoes and dot them with a couple of pieces of butter. Sprinkle the potatoes with salt and pepper or your preferred seasoning.
Step 3: Tent the baking dish using aluminium foil and place it in the preheated oven. Bake the potatoes for about 50 to 60 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
Step 4: To taste, add ranch dressing to the potatoes and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Return the baking dish to the oven and continue to bake for an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted and the ranch is piping hot.
Step 5: Remove the baking dish from the oven and serve the cheesy ranch potatoes right away. Enjoy!
