I always brag this with everyone. A dish that keeps me grounded, and the reason why I gained so much weight during the quarantine. Not that I mind. They said, eat what you love, right. But of course, in moderation. But I was not able to contain my self. Mainly because it’s easy and quick, the ingredients are simple, and this mouthwatering dish is ready in under thirty minutes!
Everything I love in one! The combination of well-seasoned ground beef, bell peppers, tomatoes, and cabbage is simple yet satisfying. Serve this with rice or mashed potatoes to complete your meal.
Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced

10 oz can dice tomatoes with green chillies, not drained
3 c chopped cabbage
10 oz beef broth
1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
