I stayed at a friend’s house summer of 2018. She cooked me meals that I have never tasted before and all of them were amazing! But the one that stood out the most was these Bisquick Chocolate Chip Cookies. She knew how much I love cookies and chocolates, so she did me a huge favour by teaching me her grandmother’s chocolate cookies recipe. Soft, fluffy cookies with semi-sweet chocolate chips and chopped nuts. Seriously delicious and incredibly easy and quick to whip up!
When I came back home, I bragged about these cookies. I made batches and give them away as gifts. It’s true what my friend told me that this is the last chocolate chip cookie recipe I will ever need! I have received endless compliments even suggestions to start a cookie business. Crazy right? And who would have thought that with only butter, brown sugar, vanilla, eggs, chocolate chips, and (do not forget the) Bisquick baking mix that these delicious and the most requested cookie is whelped? The chopped nuts are optional, but I suggest not to leave them out if you are not allergic, as it gives an extra crunch to these cookies.
