The best banana bread in history! Made with just a few simple ingredients; fresh bananas, eggs, pecans or walnuts, butter or margarine, and another pantry essential and comes out great in a thunder! Super moist, not too sweet, and delicious banana bread.
My kids are not a fan of bananas but they dig this banana bread. It was like love at first bite. They can even finish the whole thing in a blink! This is great to give as a gift, too, or to bring to a potluck. I remembered making a few last years, packed them in cute boxes with personalized dedication, and gave a piece each to friends and colleagues. They loved it and asked me for the recipe!

Ingredients
1 c of sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 c butter or margarine-one stick
3 ripe bananas-very ripe is great
2 Eggs – beaten
1 tsp baking soda
2 c flour
1/2 c nuts chopped-pecans or walnuts
HOW TO MAKE BANANA BREAD RECIPE-THE BEST ONE
Step 1: Add the butter, sugar, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. With a beater, mix the ingredients until incorporated.
Step 2: Add in 3 mashed bananas and 2 eggs and stir until well mixed.
Step 3: Combine the flour and baking soda in a different mixing bowl until well mixed.
Step 4: Add the dry ingredients into the creamed mixture and mix until combined.
Step 5: Shift the mixture into a greased loaf pan and bake in the oven for about an hour at 325 degrees or until a toothpick inserted in the centre of the loaf comes out clean.
Step 6: Once done, remove from the oven and sprinkle over with powdered sugar.
Step 7: Let the loaf cool at room temperature before serving. Enjoy!
