1 (10 ounces) can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 (8 ounces) package of cream cheese, cut into pieces
1 lb. sausage, such as Jimmy Dean
Directions:
Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium-high. Add the sausage, then cook for a few minutes until crumbly and brown.
Remove any accumulated fat from the skillet.
Add the cream cheese and Rotel tomatoes & green chilis, then stir and cook for a few minutes until the cheese is completely melted. Remove from the heat and allow it to cool for a few minutes at room temperature before serving.
Serve with some tortilla chips. Enjoy!

Place any leftovers in an airtight container, then put them in the fridge. Although, I don’t think there will be leftovers! This dip is so delicious that it will be gone in just a few minutes!
